pg_fieldprtlen -- Returns the printed length
Description
int pg_fieldprtlen (int result_id, int row_number, string field_name)
Pg_fieldprtlen() will return the actual
printed length (number of characters) of a specific value in a
PostgreSQL result. Row numbering starts at 0. This function
will return -1 on an error.
